After a memory card draining drive up from lush green coastal farmlands into ice capped Andes, we arrive in Arpa and Honda Valley, with a welcoming base camp crew waiting for our arrival. In basecamp, everybody is psyched. Boots, sunblock, goggles all get slapped on as fast as possible as our group can't believe we're about to have this entire valley, staring up at Aconcagua (the tallest mountain in the Americas at almost 23,000 ft), to ourselves for the day.
There literally is not one track within eye-sight.
One of two pisten bully snowcats ready to tackle over 4000 acres of rideable terrain on any given day up to a height of 12,500 feet, -as soon as you've finished your morning coffe or "Mate."
